Why become an ELA Certified ERG Oversight Manager?

ELA's certification is based on successful completion - including supporting documentation - of ELA's proprietary Oversight Excellence Rubric. This isn't a check-the-box, get-a-certificate process - you'll actively demonstrate and provide evidence of your understanding.

Oversight Excellence Certification is open to all ERG Oversight Managers
- ELA membership is NOT required, but Oversight Manager Group members can certify at a discounted rate
- Certification candidates complete ELA's Oversight Excellent rubric independently
- A special email address is provided to candidates to submit their completed Rubric for review by an ELA Expert. If there are issues, candidates can meet with the trainer for 30 minutes to discuss and resubmit a second and final time.
- Upon successful completion, newly certified Oversight Managers are sent a printable certificate and directions on how display your new badge online.
Standalone Certification - $899
This option is for ERG Oversight Managers who are NOT currently a member of OMG.
If you're a member of OMG, you'll find a link in the OMG Resource Library to purchase your certification at the discounted member rate.
OMG Member Certification - $499
This option is ONLY for current members of ELA's Oversight Managers Group (OMG).
