ELA Ambassador Program
Make some valuable ERG introductions - and make some money, too!
You help ELA with a warm introduction to an ERG contact. We’ll help them be more efficient, have greater impact and avoid burnout.
Becoming and being an ELA Ambassador1 is quick and easy.
- Apply to join the program via our simple application. Once accepted, you’ll submit qualified referrals2 through a quick webform, whether it's for ELA services or speaking opportunities.
- We’ll quickly confirm if your referral is in an active ELA sales cycle and if not, we’ll provide you a calendar link to an ELA Impact Advisor as well as an email template you can use to introduce your referral to ELA.
- Your referral uses the calendar link to schedule an ELA meeting. Ambassadors are welcome but are not required to attend those meetings.
- You receive a $50–$100 USD3 referral reward once the meeting takes place—no matter what the outcome.
- And really, you'll be more than an Ambassador. You'll be an ERG hero!

1Anyone may apply to be an Ambassador including ELA staff, trainers, customers and partners.
2Qualified referrals are DEI Heads, ERG Oversight Managers or similar titles that are responsible for all the employee groups in their organizations. Group leaders, executive sponsors and allies are not qualified referrals.
3 Ambassadors receive their local currency equivalent of $50 US for the first 6 completed referrals and $100 US for each confirmed referral thereafter. Referrals can be past, existing or prospective ELA clients provided they are not in an active sales cycle at the time of referral.
