THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS
Four Steps to a Recognized Credential
Leaders complete the ERG Blueprints through ELA Online, workshops, ERG University, or cohort-based learning.
1. Complete the 6 ERG Blueprints™
Structured intensives covering governance, growth, programming, metrics, and succession. Each produces a working deliverable used in certification review.
2. Secure certification access
Available per leader or included within select organizational memberships. Access is confirmed prior to submission.
3. Submit Blueprints for review
Deliverables are reviewed by a certified ERG expert with structured feedback and resubmission opportunity if needed.
4. Receive your credential
Approved leaders receive a digital badge and printable certificate for professional and organizational recognition.
