When we created the Oversight Managers Group in 2020, we had no idea how many people needed a community where they could come together and validate and confirm the best practices  individuals responsible for overseeing multiple ERGs need to be successful in the role. 

Two years and close to two dozen Mastermind Meetings later, we're bringing our OMG members together to collaborate with other people in the same role at different organizations to define the ERG oversight-specific plans and policies they need to succeed in theirs.

Our first retreat for Oversight Managers Only (FOMO) will be held Jun 1-2, 2023 at DraftKings brand new HQ in Las Vegas, Nevada.  

The event is only open to members of the Oversight Manager's Group and tickets are EXTREMELY limited. Tickets are included in your OMG membership. You pay a $199 admin fee and your travel and accommodations.
