As the ERG of ERGs, ELA is the largest association of employee group leaders, experts, and allies.

Our mission is to help ERGs launch, grow and thrive by sharing existing and developing new ERG leadership best practices across organizations.

How we do this:

Online events include bi-weekly Virtual Taskforce Tables & ERG Showcase Studies that are free to attend but limited to 20 people. Recordings of these events are subsequently available in our on-demand community, ELA Online.

ELA Online includes Taskforce Table and ERG Showcase videos as well as "how to" ERG articles, discussions, and connections with other ERG leaders. ELA Online members receive advance sign-up for ELA events, bi-weekly ERG SOS drop-in clinic help, and many other benefits.

Symposia are in-person events hosted 2 times each year (COVID permitting). Ticket prices vary per event with non-profit and multi-ticket rates available.

ERG Leader Bootcamps - virtual 6 hour, hands-on workshops that train ERG leaders how to set up (Launch), expand (Grow), and sustain (Thrive) their ERG(s). Typically taught online, Bootcamps are offered every quarter as open enrollment to anyone that wants to register. We also do private Bootcamps for individual organizations.

ERG Leader Certification - Using the knowledge learned in a Bootcamp or The ERG Handbook, leaders demonstrate their mastery by presenting their ERG worksheets to a board of experts.  Certification gives the leader a valuable personal credential, expert validation of their plans, and confidence to everyone associated with the ERG.

ERG Data is critical for ERG success so we collect and share research from our members as well as offer Survey as a Service to make member data collection easier and affordable.

Sponsorships help organizations demonstrate their commitment to diversity & inclusion.  Positively associate your brand with our events with some great opportunities for your own employees to learn and contribute to ERG successes.
